I really like Dr. Holland and staff. I would give 5 stars. I have been a patient for years. My complaint is about the billing process. Recently when I discovered that I had a credit pending from a while back I was informed that I had to request my refund and wait for approval. Then time passes and I have another office visit. And now I’m having to wait longer because a new claim is submitted to my insurance company and my refund is held up. I have to constantly check on my bill.
