Dr. Hess performed an ingrown toenail procedure for me. This would be the 3rd procedure I've had in the last year and a half of the same sort due to infections (first 2 done by a different, AWFUL doctor). Dr. Hess listened to me, took his time and explained everything he was doing. He was extremely friendly, patient and personable. I would recommend him to ANYONE without a 2nd thought. Although it's not a pleasant experience having this done so many times. He made it bearable and seemed like an extremely genuine person/docto... read more
