Had both carpal and cubital tunnel surgery on both arms done two weeks apart. Dr Henley did an outstanding job! He is a no nonsense surgeon, straight to the point kind of person. Though I will say his beside manner is lacking. But again I’d rather have a good surgeon than someone that just talks a good game!
This man is truly a horrible human being. He gaslighted me the entire time I was in the exam room. He said that my pain level for what I had was off the charts. It wasn't. He pretended to be writing down, "Let me write this down...," everything I said in a mocking manner as if I were an idiot. I had no choice because of pain to let him do surgery. This doctor was rude and made me bend my finger farther then I could and left in pain; if you have the option, do not choose dr. Henley
What a condescending jerk. He asked me how long I had the pain, and I replied, for years. He looked at me with skepticism, and said, he needed to write that down. He repeated it, dramatically as he wrote. “FFFOOOOORRRRR YYYEEEAAARRRRSSSS”. Ok, I thought, that is a little strange. The query continued with his same strange responses. My disgust grew. Won't be going back to this person EVER. Aside from being borderline sarcastic about most of the things I said in the 10 minutes he deigned to talk to me, I had the overwhelming impression he had somewhere way more important to be than talking with me. NOPE
