I appreciate the entire experience starting from the moment the receptionist answered the phone to make the appointment. The communication is top notch and I felt heard by the providers. I feel confident in being properly diagnosed and getting the proper treatment.
My experience with Dr. Goode and his team would get a 20 star rating if they went that high. He truly cares about his patience and you will never feel like you are a number from the first time we met. I knew he was going to figure out a solution for my back and leg pain and he is following through with Flying colors. As someone who has had chronic pain both cervical spine and lumbar spine I will tell you Dr. Good of VSI is the place to go!! Every one from the time you check in to the time you check out are caring and helpful. They are professional and focus on treating the patient not the symptoms or scans. I will return to them if needed but because of their work I feel much better now.
