Great office environment, not "stuffy" like other offices... Very caring and compassionate to my needs and have consistently received great care! I am always given treatment options with pros and cons of each, and the administrative team is very helpful with appointments and any insurance questions I may have. Overall, extremely friendly and extremely thorough office with genuinely nice people! Highly recommended!!!
Everytime i go in with Dr. Ouimette, it is always fun and laughs. They make me feel comfortable and always have laughs. He always makes this fun even though sometimes it does hurt. He always knows how to put a smile on my face walking out of the room.
My visit started with a warm welcome from the staff at the front desk. I was taken in almost immediately and seated. I did not have to wait more than 2-3 minutes and Dr. Ouimette came in. Getting numb is pretty much painless, and the procedure was quick and easy. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I look forward to visiting him and will remain with him even though he is not covered by my new carrier.
