I had to reschedule my appt this morning, the lady that called and left a voicemail was so hostile sounding I was praying I didn’t get her when I called back. When I called back, Sue or Susan (I think was her name) was very short and snidy with me! No common courtesy and rude! I haven’t even seen the doctor yet! I really hope they’re much nicer when I make it to my appt! 🥴 The staff represent Dr Fernandez and this is not a good representation!!!
Dr. Fernandez is fantastic. Kind and caring. His staff at the Cape Coral location is horrible. They are dismissive, rude, and purposefully inefficient with your case. Calling to make an appointment is a travesty. They will treat you poorly, transfer you to a Spanish speaking agent in Atlanta (even if you have not requested any Spanish assistance) and just refuse to help you. Outstanding First Visit's with Dr. Fernandez – Highly Recommend! My husband and I had an excellent experience at our first appointments with Dr. Fernandez. His exceptional bedside manner stood out, especially given my extensive experience with doctors. He addressed all our health concerns thoroughly, never making us feel rushed. I value his conservative approach to treatment, which aligns perfectly with my preferences. I highly recommend Dr. Fernandez to anyone seeking a compassionate, skilled physician!
Dr. Christopher Fernandez office is not to be trusted. The staff is not professional and mediocre. I made an appointment since the first week of may for August 8th and the waited until the day before my appointment on August 7th to call me to let me know that they do not accept my insurance mean while i waited 2 months for this appointment if they told me that before my pcp would refer me to another G. I. That would. This is not acceptable, it shows that they have no concern for someone health care.
I actually changed my insurance during open enrollment to be able to see Dr. Fernandez. He had previously done a colonoscopy. This time I had two upper endoscopy’s done 3 weeks apart. I find him very knowledgeable, personable, kind, and caring. He is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him.
