Dr. Fecarotta has been seeing my daughter for 2 years and I am so grateful for his care. My daughters treatment plan has helped her so much and hes so caring and gentle with her and assuring with us as her parents.
Attention parents! If you want a doctor that is good with children this isn’t the guy! We’ve never had interaction like this before with pch. I will not only file a complaint about this doctor to PCH but I will dispute any billing to my insurance for this unhelpful appointment. Rushed, rude and unprofessional.
Great doctor. My son has autism which makes things at the eye doctor a little more complex than they need to be, however, Dr. Fecarotta had extreme patience and understanding with my son and he worked really well with him to make the eye exam quick, and easy. Very pleased with this doctor and highly recommend him.
This doctor forgot about a surgery for my daughter and was 2 hours late. His office staff is rude and laughed when I wanted the surgical needs ahead of time. We went to several appointments with him and he wasn’t on time once. I felt 0 reassurance or confidence in him taking care of my daughter’s surgery. He claimed it was his staff’s fault he was late. He had no ownership or responsibility for my daughters situation. There was also no follow up for us.
Moves to fast. Isn’t thorough. Examines off of sight without running tests. Makes guesses without examining. I Question his diagnosis. Throws out procedures he feels are appropriate rather than discussing all options possible makin the adult feel comfortable with decision they need to make.
