I was disappointed in staffs ability to schedule cataract visits to meet my schedule. Very satisfied with docor. I had cataract done elsewhere.
He is personal and makes things comfortable. I loved the staff and I am very sad he is retiring.
Very difficult to schedule appt. Answering service said office would have limited hours on Tuesday-Wed-Thurs. No mention of what the hours were.
I had an eight fifty five appointment. I also had an 11:30 appt with my dentist. I took the day off to get all this running done today. I arrived at Dr. Herzog office, was told by both receptionists that they were behind, only three staff besides the doctor was there. They told me that I could easily be waiting in the lobby an hour because the doctors assistant was 3 days new. Great doctor. Very compassionate. Knows what he us doing
What a great doctor. I've been seen by doctor Herzog for several years now and had a cataract removed yesterday. My vision is so much better today at 25+ and it hasn't been 24 hrs. Also, I'm a pain and ask tons of questions and he answers them each and every time. He's kind and caring and my wife and I really appreciate the time and care he give us. I assure you that this is the eye doctor you want to see.
Doctor is good but the office staff is very difficult to deal with. Was overcharged but a refund was refused and no explanation was made.
office schedules appts which i can't even know about and then bills me for missed appts my insurance changed and they wouldn't take it
