Everyone is friendly and caring and knows what they are doing. They make you feel comfortable.
My children see Shannon, the NP. She is experienced and knowledgeable. Front staff is always kind. The building is always clean and there’s a wonderful play area and fish tank in the waiting room. Nurses give quick and efficient vaccines to the kids. Great office! We’ve also seen Dr. Beney - it’s clear he truly cares for his patients! A wonderful atmosphere and primary care clinic.
This review pertains to Dr. Beney’s nursing manager named Annamarie. Simply put, she is wonderful. I had a bit of a snafu this AM and Anna Marie listened (even said “don’t rush as you explain!”), showed great empathy and came up with a solution which indicated her sharp mind, her immense caring AND great professionalism. If you ever get a chance to talk to Annamarie, you will feel listened to and cared for! A true health care provider in every sense of the word!
Sent me a certified letter saying they won’t take anymore of my calls because I missed two appointments in a year 🙄 I was a patient of Dr. Beney’s for a few years, and I’ve never even seen the man, always an NP or PA.
