I had a Fulkerson osteotomy with a PRP injection, which I highly recommend, because it completely made a noticeable difference in my recovery. From my first consultation through surgery and follow-up appointments, Dr. Dewing took the time to explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make me feel confident in my treatment plan. He’s well worth waiting for. Has an excellent reputation among the medical community and general public. He’s always busy and appointments are a good month out, so plan ahead. Will be a sad day when he retires.
I just started to see DR Dewing. But I really do like the friendliness of DR Dewing and his staff.
I don't leave reviews, but Dr. Dewing and his care team were remarkable. He performed hip surgery to correct a labral tear and impingement in my hip. I was SO nervous, but him and all of his staff were absolutely wonderful and answered all of my many questions. For needing hip surgery, this was the most positive experience I could've hoped for. I have had 4 surgeries over the years with Dr. Dewing. 2 shoulders and 2 hips. I can say without a doubt you’re not going to find a better orthopedic surgeon in our region. His bedside manner is so genuine and down to earth. His surgical skills speak for themselves. It is so rare to find a specialist with empathy and a genuine care for your well being. His staff models this care as well. I’ve never been treated like a burden or felt like I’m a number in their office. If you’re looking for a surgeon he’s your guy.
