I was referred to Dr. DeBacker by my regular ophthalmologist, who considered the blepharoplasty procedure to be cosmetic surgery and did not accept my insurance. 10/10 Review for Dr. Christopher M. DeBacker I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Christopher M. DeBacker. He is an incredibly talented and compassionate physician. I am so unhappy with his office staff. First, they never anseted their phone, so in order to get an appointment, I actually had to go in person to the office. Later, I asked for a receipt, but they would not call me back. I only got it agter I took my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. It appears I will have to try that route again in order to get back the $200 they owe me because once again, they will not call me back.

I had my surgery done in May 2025. Dr. Debacker ,before the surgery, went into detail explaining the procedure. His Bedside manners are great. Very patient on answering all my questions and concerning. His staff is also to be commented. Thank you Lupita Being from out of town. During recovery, all my email questions were answered promptly. Dr. Debacker actually called me twice on my phone to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Highly recommend Dr Debacker to all my friends.

Dr. Debacker did my upper eyelids February of 2025 in office. It was a simple and painless procedure. It was much more comfortable than having a tooth pulled. Insurance covered one eye and I had to pay for the other eye. The only complaint I have is that I over paid. I had saved my money to do this. I contacted them in May to see what to do about getting a refund for over $400 back. Since I paid cash, they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get refunded.
