After a not so good experience with a different orthodontist in the beginning stages of my sons journey, Dr. Potts and his staff put us all at ease. The consultation was very thorough and helped not only myself feel comfortable, but he helped my son's worries go away. I cannot express enough how professional yet personal the care we received today was. I'm 100% confident in the direction Dr. Potts is taking us.

I am happy with my experience with Dr. Potts. He was able to do Invisalign for me after a brief stint of metal braces on my upper. Other orthodontists said I could only do braces - one even said I had to remove 4 teeth. But he was able to take my case without any of these extreme approaches. My teeth have improved so much and I am confident in recommending him strongly to others looking for an orthodontist.
As an older person seeking orthodontic correction, I was hesitant, until I met and consulted with Dr. Potts. He made me feel at ease right away. The time frame that He gave me to make the necessary corrections to my teeth was spot-on! I am more than pleased with the results that were achieved. Dr. Potts staff members were professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend his practice to anyone!
