I was well taken care of and was a great experience.
I spent 30 years in the military and more than 2/3ds of it, I experienced horrific lower extremity leg pain. It was so bad at times, I could not walk, stand, and even run like I use to. Dr. Busken is Wonderful!! He is personable and caring and takes the time to listen to you and address your problems. My legs were swollen and painful all the time and I would get winded walking up stairs. After my vein procedure, All my problems were Resolved and I can actually see my ankles again!! Even though Dr. Busken was a great guy and doctor who sounded like he had the answers to truly help me, he I a reflection of his poor staff. Unfortunately, I waited 5 months for his staff to get what they needed from my TWO BCBS Insurances, just to hear that they submitted the wrong paperwork and would be delayed further. Then, all his staff had to do was resubmit FMLA paperwork to my employer for a second time, but they messed that up and it was denied even though I have had this condition for over 25 years!!!! Dr Busken is an excellent doctor very detailed and oriented. We couldn’t ask for a better doctor. His staff as well is great in and office and during surgery. My husband was well taken care of during this difficult time. Keep up all the great work you all do for all of Dr. Busken patients.
