What a great experience with Dr Allard and his team. My husband was in good hands ans well taken care of and I thank you all for the expertise
Dr. Allard is treating my mother for kidney issues due to her cancer. He is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. No answering machine. Staff often hangs up IF they answer. He has no clue when appointments are rescheduled or cancelled by the hospital. His staff has REPEATEDLY given wrong appointment locations and times for procedures, resulting in appointments being missed and with no way to contact him, there is no way to reschedule. My father has been a patient of Dr. Allard since 2025. He got severe prostate enlargement and bladder stone, which caused total urine blockage and abdomen pain. Dr. Allard did the surgery and resolved all the issues. Since my father does not speak English, I was the one who did all the communications with Dr. Allard and his office staff.
