I wanted to praise the very nice employee of Dr. Williams, Crystal Bishop. After several contacts with his office trying to get a corrected application faxed to a company for my Restasis Eye Drops, Crystal took the time with me & found the copy of the page that needed to be corrected & re-faxed back to a company to see if I would qualify for help with paying for this very pricey prescription under the Medicare Prescription Plan. He's nice. Older and equipment seems old but he was nice.
First of all their were more patients than chairs not even 6 feet apart. My appointment was at 11:45am on November 17. I finally left the office after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Your personal is not very professional and your are short staffed. 1 person checking people in and out what a disgrace. I will make sure my doctor don’t recommend your office your business is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC . I should report your office because you DID NOT follow COVID-19 Protocol
