I wanted to praise the very nice employee of Dr. Williams, Crystal Bishop. After several contacts with his office trying to get a corrected application faxed to a company for my Restasis Eye Drops, Crystal took the time with me & found the copy of the page that needed to be corrected & re-faxed back to a company to see if I would qualify for help with paying for this very pricey prescription under the Medicare Prescription Plan.
