I cannot give Dr. Martin,his staff and his surgical staff the credit, they deserve. The past 10 years any surgeries I’ve had I have went abroad. I went to see Dr. Martin May 13, 2025. Extremely long wait in the waiting room (I almost left). After X-rays and brief history of why I was there (20 years ago I had bunion surgery in Columbus. The right foot had a clipped neuroma along with the surgery, but the left did not. I was starting to experience neuroma problems with left foot) Dr Martin injected both feet with a steroid, cut out a “homemade” type of pad to wear and sent me on my way. Dr. Martin has an outstanding bedside manner and really makes you feel comfortable. He shows care and kindness at each visit. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family!
I have gone to dr Martin for years now and have always given high reviews however I am highly upset with this office now if I could leave a 0 I would . The call center people are rude and incompetent and hang up on you. I went yesterday and needed to see if my toes were ok and wanted dr Martin to cut my toenails a new person came in did not tell me her name or job title and wanted to cut mail and did not give me a chance to explain I am diabetic so I was concerned then I told front desk my pharmacy so they sent script to wro... read more
