Receptionist, Nurse and Dr. Eppley all were friendly, helpful and efficient...a very pleasant experience. This has been the usual situation I can happily say. Merry Christmas!!!

Sorry, but I don't like MyChart and, even though it is installed on my phone, I ignore it. I expect more personal service, and I am concerned about security of my information. Hopefully, nothing important is ever put on MyChart!
The Monroe Medical Center has a long history of being patient focused. There's a culture at the practice that is the gold standard in my opinion. The service is unsurpassed. As my partner has searched for a new GP (her doctor retired and she was generally displeased with the service) I suggested she speak to the Monroe Medical Center because it is so responsive. She has.
Not happy about the mask. It is ridiculous and unnecessary especially since the mask offers no protection from the virus.
I feel very good about being in the Premier Network. ALL of my doctors are "the BEST"
