Dr Edwards performed my gastric bypass and he is one of the best surgeons at mercy. Always courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend him.
I had inguinal hernia surgery (about 3 years ago). The procedure went well and the results were excellent (no post surgery problems). Dr Edwards and his staff - explained in detail - what to expect from the surgery and post op. I could not have had a better patient experience. I will recommend Dr. Edwards to any of my friends or relatives who need hernia surgery.
This office doesn't care...........not in the least. My wife screaming in pain for 2 weeks and just trying to get a post op phone call has been fruitless. Her liver numbers are 10 times normal, but no one seems to be interested. He did the galbladder surgery, so we went back to him, but I guess we start over................worst experience in my 56 years in anything let alone health care.
This doctor ordered the tests to figure out why I haven’t been able to eat. He diagnosed me with Jackhammer Esophagus, pushed me to go to Gastrointestinal dr to fix it. It was not fixed and now he refuses to do a POEM surgery to fix my problem permanently. I am to call the GI doctor who just wants to mess with my heart meds. I’M NOT A DOLLAR SIGN!!! You got your money so yours done now I assume!!
Dr. Edwards performed the Nissen fundoplication procedure as my esophagus doesn't work. Anyway it has been a couple of days and all is going pretty well.. I have nothing but nice things to say about he and his staff.
