Used to be a good place to go, now they book more patients than they have time to see. Takes 1-2 hours to get seen. Today there was so many people in the huge waiting area there wasn't anywhere to sit down. Ridiculous
Dr. Holland's office called me more than 30 times for medical conferences by phone. Not long ago, I found out that they were supposed to ask for my co-pay prior to continuing each call. Only once have I ever been asked to provide co-pay, which I did. When they didn't ask for a co-pay, I could only assume that my insurance handled any amount due. Now Dr. Holland's office says that I owe more than $2,000.00. I have a bad lung infection right now and they refused to let me be seen unless I pay $249.00 up front + my standard co-... read more
