I'd give this office 0 stars if I could. I had an 11:00 AM appointment with the NP for my annual and didn't get seen until after 12:30 PM. The front desk staff never proactively acknowledged their lateness or suggest that I come back since they're running behind. I asked multiple times about the status of when I'd be seen and their response was, "We only have 2 exam rooms." Perhaps you should schedule your patients accordingly, then?
