I LOVE Dr Naungayan but her office staff not so much. You will literally have to harass them for them to respond to calls or emails. They will bill you OOP without notice after telling you your insurance is accepted. She’s a great doctor and I was with her for years but once her old clinical operations manager left, it all went downhill.
They gave me the wrong evaluation and then didn't want to pick up my calls or respond to emails after I paid out of pocket.
Dr. N was my biggest mistake, I consider her being my doctor worse than the depression or any other issue I have experienced, she doesn’t care about her patients at all, saw her for five years and my insurance changing was the best thing that could have happened in this situation, unfortunately it took me too long to realize what a terrible fit it was to be her patient, she never talked to me for longer than five minutes, every time, and every appointment with her felt so rushed and careless, if you’re looking for a psychiat... read more
Website and insurance states they are taking new patients received an email stating they are not. It would be helpful to remove untrue information for all sources.
