I’ve never actually been treated by Dr. Vidouria, but dealing with her office admin(s) has been frustrating. I called several times to check on the status of my referral, which they hadn’t received (not their fault). When they did finally receive my referral, I was told that my primary care doctor’s office forgot to include information. Dr Vidouria is a great doctor. Her N.P. Ashley Swartz not so much. My main complaint, aside from her NP is the wait time to be seen. I had been a baclofen pump and pain management patient of hers for years, and was always worth the wait until recently. I voiced my concerns about the handling of my pain management after a recent surgery and subsequently was dropped as a patient entirely, including baclofen pump refills.

Dr Vidouria and her staff are hands down the best. I have been a patient of hers for years. She always takes the time to listen and does all she can to help with pain. Her staff are just as Awesome and helpful too.

she is good at listening, for most things, unlike most docs.thats it . has or had a stake in company that she uses for sedation shots. being it's a stand alone building my insurance would charge as if it was a hospital visit. i repeatedly asked her and the staff before the date of the appointment about the cost. I even called the standalone place nobody could assure me of the cost would it be a regular copayment or not. then im told arrangements could be made for payment no I'm asking you if it's a copayment as in a office v... read more
