Dr. Christine Gutierrez seems to lack concern for my request. Despite undergoing an annual exam at her practice, she erroneously provided the wrong code to the lab, resulting in a substantial bill for us to cover. We attempted to reach out to her regarding the code correction but have not received any response.
This place is awful. From the front desk to the Doctors they are all rude. They take too many patients a day and rush through your examine. The attitudes are unbelievable hard to believe educated people could be so rude.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Gutierrez. The wait time before my appointment was not unreasonably long, especially considering that I was a new patient and had to fill out the forms. Dr. Gutierrez was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
I wish I could put 0 stars. I have never had such a horrible experience with a physician before. I am a third year medical student and we learn how to care for the patient and have excellent bedside manner. Dr. Gutierrez had no bedside manner and was extremely rude. I went in just for a consultation and birth control but the nurse talked me into getting a Pap smear since I was on a new insurance and they wouldn't know I had just had one a year ago.
