Wonderful staff! Zelena and Michael couldn’t have been more friendly. Efficient and warm doctor.
Dr. Stern is a wonderful and caring pediatrician. Short turn around time when leaving phone messages and receive call back from her directly. Dr. Stern runs on time for appointments.
Dr Stern is the most accessible, compassionate, patient and responsive doctor I have ever used. She is amazing. Honestly, at this point we would not trust our kids with anyone else. She is intelligent and caring and always available. I could not recommend her more highly. Six stars out of five.
We love Dr.Stern. She moved quickly to help us find a pediatric cardiologist when our little one exhibited cardiac problems. She always listens to our concerns and provides answers to our questions.
Her receptionist quoted a pre-exam price of $127 or $137 (the receptionist could not remember). After finishing the exam, we were billed $327. The receptionist was entirely unconcerned that this was $200 more than we had been quoted 20 minutes earlier, and in fact seemed quite irritated that I saw anything wrong with this. Will not be going back.
My family and I feel we've hit the jackpot with Dr. Stern--she is a compassionate, efficient, and wonderful doctor. She is always friendly, yet also manages to always run on time (a miracle)! We never feel rushed during our child's appointments with Dr. Stern, and she always answers any questions we have very quickly. Our child has seen her since birth, and we couldn't recommend her more!
