Excellent service
I like Dr. Estes, great MD. Unfortunately, my appointment in Jan was bumped because of her unanticipated scheduling conflict and was rescheduled for today. Then today, I arrived early and saw a sign that Dr. Estes' appointments are delayed. Ugh. I waited until after my scheduled appointment time, then asked for an updated estimated exam time. No clear answer from front desk; so, I had to reschedule because my other commitments would not accommodate tardiness. Very frustrating.
I've been seeing her for over 20 years. She's an amazing doctor and always takes the time to listen to any concerns! Office staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
