I have been going to Dr. Eros for many years. She has always been very professional to me as a patient. I appreciate her knowledge in medicine and I am very satisfied with my health because of her care for me.
The care I have received by the medical staff as well as the referral coordinator has been atrocious and unacceptable. I had a medical issue going on that no one caught until I asked about some results of a test I had during my annual appointment. Then they did further testing and found that there was an issue. She seems more concerned with selling cosmetics than giving care. I've expressed concerns in at least 3 visits that she did not address and just told me to wait it out. I have to be persistent and demand testing for my concerns to be addressed. She rushes appointments and does not seem to care about her patients. I switched providers and would NEVER recommend her!
Dr. Eros is amazing! She doesn’t settle for not knowing - she thoroughly researches whatever ailment you have. I appreciate that she listens to me and asks questions that make me think as she probes for answers. I’ve been going to see her for about 8 years or so and I’m so grateful that she’s my doctor. I trust her.
I had some fillers and botox - shes so nice, so sweet and really seems to care about the outcome. I didnt want to go to heavy on the filler, and have some specific issues with a scar, and she treated the area wonderfully. I've found my go-to person.
She is a wonderful. caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend. She is great with people with multiple allergies and health issues.
Lack of professionalism/integrity.
Have been a patient for years and had my annual physical done with her every year. But when I needed a signature on a medical statement form stating I had had my physical done 4 months earlier and was fine as always, she said it would take 2 weeks for her to sign!!!!! Incredible! I absolutely do NOT recommend her
