Dr. Waldon is kind, patient, and thorough. I always leave with all of my questions and concerns answered and addressed.
Dr. Waldron is the absolute best and I will gladly wait months to see her at the Ridgefield office. I love how small and intimate it is there. I am usually the only, or one-of-two patients there at a time and I never feel rushed. Front desk is friendly, the med assistant (Lex) is awesome, and I just adore Dr. Waldron. She makes me feel like more than just her patient; like we could be friends outside of our professional relationship. Professional, pleasant and kind! Thank you to Dr Waldron and her staff for great first visit.
Called and made an appointment as a new patient, waited for months. Called today when I didn't get a confirmation call and there's no appointment in their system. No apology. No offer to try to make it right. They had my email and information in their system, so obviously someone had gotten that far on the other end of the phone, but had never put the appointment in. Make sure if you are a new patient that you get some kind of email confirmation from them.
