Great doctor, very professional and knows exactly how diagnosis my health problems.
I have an appt coming up with Dr Contreras. I was referred here through my mother who loves her. However, the customer service I have received so far, is terrible. I made this appt over a month ago. They have yet to send me my new pt questionnaire and a confirmation on my appt. So I call and start explaining that I have an appt tomorrow and immediately the receptionist cuts me off and says she needs to put me on hold, when she puts me off of hold, the receptionist starts asking why I was calling, to which I respond about not... read more
I call during office hours multiple times throughout the day and no answer. I leave messages for a callback and nothing. I cannot consult with my specialist unless I receive a referral from my PCP yet refuses to correspond at all. The front desk has the worst service. Definitely looking for a new primary care clinic
