We can't say enough good things about our entire experience. From the front desk reception, to initial exam, to our time with Dr Reichardt, and then having our son fitted for glasses, everyone we came in contact with was delightful. We came to this office off a recommendation from the Special Needs Parents of Tucson facebook page, and it is easy to see why the SN community loves Dr. Reichardt! Dr. Reichardt is AWESOME!!! She is VERY caring about your needs, and takes your eyesight very seriously. You're not just a number with her, she makes you feel special and important. I had a VERY serious problem and none of the local Opthalmologist would take me for 3 months. I called Dr Reichardts office, they got me in right away and she took care of me or I may have lost my sight in the future! Thank you Dr. R very much!!!
She was caring and knowledgeable. She helped us resolve our daughter’s light sensitivity problems without unnecessary treatments or costs. I’d trust her with anything else that came up with our family’s eyes.
