I went to Dr. Underwood's office for multiple years. But stopped in, I think 2018. For multiple years she was great. But eventually she was late all the time, which got fairly upsetting. I had a falling out when I got really sick changing one medication. I asked for my medical records to share with my Primary care and Psychologist. I was very patient. Worst front desk I’ve ever had to deal with. Massage Envy has better customer service along with the doctor is ALWAYS 15+ minutes late. I’ve had the front desk roll their eyes at me for asking when the doctor is going to be ready after waiting 35 minutes. Incredibly rude and up empathetic. Sadly this is the only physiatrist that my insurance covers in this area so I’m stuck with them.
