All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Wait time was minimal. All medical staff were friendly and thorough. Since this was a first time visit, Dr Shamas did a very thorough interview about my medical history and lifestyle. The exam room was set up in such a way as to protect my privacy (table perpendicular to the door/window). Dr Shamas explained what she was doing and kept me at ease.
Dr. Shamas was very pleasant and knowledgeable not just about women’s health, but overall.
