I went to this doctor for symptoms I was experiencing. She performed surgery and put a neuro stimulator in my lower back. It didn’t do a thing for me and I looked under my chart and she said I wasn’t cooperative because I have behavioral problems. Really? Because her surgery didn’t work, I had behavior problems. Was amazing before my procedure. Great bedside rapport, took time to walk through options etc - which led me to choose her as my surgeon. Things quickly changed post-op. I was on Isotretinoin at the time and was told pre-op (after calling myself) to hold it the day before and after. I came in for a follow-up appointment and she asked me 'why my face was so red' and 'if I used tanning beds.' No, I was on Isotretinoin. Dr. Czyrko is one of the kindest professionals I have ever met, she listens, asks the right questions, take her time and she is honest. the surgery that she did for me was great! I am so glad to have her as my doctor!
Dr. Czyrko is an amazing surgeon! Has wonderful bedside manners and is very compassionate. I was in horrific pain for two years and she resolved my problem(s). I feel so much better now and am very grateful.
Beware – Dr Jekyll /Mr. Hyde. Initially I had a very positive experience with Dr Czyrko and, as a result, she asked me to write a positive review on the internet, which I did willingly. Then I met Dr Czyrko alter ego and it was not pleasant. Following my colonoscopy at the CT Surgery Center, Dr Czyrko angerly berated me publicly in front of the staff and other patients for not taking steps which she had never told me about, not provided written instructions and never been a part of my previous colonoscopy preparations. This patient's review is in response to a poor bowel prep, A process that is thoroughly explained beforehand. Repeated apologies/explanation were given to the patient and he has persisted with innumerable letters/complaints. I ask that healthgrades do not provide a platform for slander. I have had to retain legal counsel due to his now abusive conduct towards my practice, as exemplified in this review. This is not something that I have ever needed to exercise in the past 30 years of practice.
Dr. Czyrko is a great doctor! She has a warm, personal and thoughtful bedside manner and she is really smart. Not only is she a skilled surgeon, (she dropped everything to treat my severe hemorrhoids when I showed up in the office which healed beautifully) but she also identified the underlying causes of my IBS symptoms when other doctors were only able to treat the symptoms. She is a gem!!
I came to Dr Czyrko with great pain. She helped me immediately. There are no words to express how amazing Dr Czyrko is. She gave me my life back! Throughout the examination and medical procedure, she was very clear and informative. She is not only a very good doctor/surgeon, but also a wonderful, caring person. She really cared about me, my health and well-being. Thanks to her, I have no more pain and feel like a brand new person. I can’t even begin to thank Dr Czyrko and her staff enough for helping me.
