I would STAY FAR AWAY from this practice - they STEAL MONEY from patients. Dr. Chen is wonderful but her staff, not so much. They expect you to pay the full amount at the time of service. They file the insurance claim and are supposed to refund any overpaid amount. I overpaid by $188… back in June ‘25. To date (3 months later) I’ve only been reimbursed $92 of the $188, and I don’t think I’ll ever get the rest.
