I had such a great experience at Periodontal Implant specialist in Fort Myers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr Chen has a good bedside manner and was kind and professional. She did a good job with the cleaning procedure I had done. I would recommend her as a dentist, but I can’t recommend her office. I had a very bad experience dealing with billing at this office. I paid over 1400$ for a procedure with Dr Witonsky in August and I was supposed to be reimbursed by my insurance for 50%. Initially I had to call 2 weeks after the procedure for them to file the claim and since then I have repeatedly called both my insurance and this off... read more
Dr Chen is an absolutely amazing periodontist! I had to have bilateral scaling and root planing done and she did each side separately on different days to ensure minimal discomfort. She was very attentive to my pain and did her best to make sure I was numb. She was gentle but thorough and I felt a huge difference within a few hours after the procedures. HIGHLY recommend Dr Chen if you need any periodontal work done!
