Wow, if I could give them 0 stars I would. The office manager is an absolute ridiculous piece of unprofessional work I’m shocked that Dr. Christie who is quite pleasant and knowledgeable would have people like that represent her.
Receptionist could have a better attitude
My wife has waited over a year for her apt. They called her last night at 10 pm to cancel her apt for today, no voicemail so my wife went in for her intended time. She got there and was told it’s not there problem. What kind of clinic are you running? The lady at the desk was very rude. Imagine if we canceled so close to the apt? We’d receive a bill.
The waiting room is like a zoo. This is my second visit to this Dr. She really wastes your time as she’s late serving patients I waited two hours last time and now I’ve been sitting here half an hour so far that she’s late. I had a hard time getting an appointment after she referred me to an MRI Of my lower back. This MRI has nothing to do with my dizziness and my headaches. So, I’m not sure why I was sent for that.
