I have been seeing Dr Christie for several years and I will always be grateful to her for her professionalism, dedication and perseverance. I had an atypical headache that I had suffered with from 2007. In 2019, Dr Christie was able to bring it under control after looking at the results of my CT scan and then prescribing one specific medication! I got my life back. She is never available to renew medication..I have been running around for well over a week. Why bother prescribing medication when you dont fill the refills in time and the patient runs around and calls the office endlessly just to get my prescription. I am truly realizing after many years I am on my own in this MS battle. Disappointing but not surprising.
Wow, if I could give them 0 stars I would. The office manager is an absolute ridiculous piece of unprofessional work I’m shocked that Dr. Christie who is quite pleasant and knowledgeable would have people like that represent her.
Receptionist could have a better attitude
My wife has waited over a year for her apt. They called her last night at 10 pm to cancel her apt for today, no voicemail so my wife went in for her intended time. She got there and was told it’s not there problem. What kind of clinic are you running? The lady at the desk was very rude. Imagine if we canceled so close to the apt? We’d receive a bill.
