had a very concerning experience with this doctor. While leaving an appointment, I overheard comments in the office that made me uncomfortable regarding how patients of color were discussed. In addition, the approach to medical emergencies worried me. For example, in vision-threatening situations, parents are required to drive to Mass Eye and Ear instead of care being provided locally. She also will not continue treatment if parents choose not to proceed with surgical procedures for eye alignment, which can feel very limitin... read more

I had the worst experience at a drs office I’ve ever had at this office. My 3 year old had an appt at 1:10. I showed up at 1pm and waited until about 1:15-1:20. It was me, my 5 yo, my 3 yo, and my 1yo. I get called back by the medical assistant and she conducts the first half of the exam, including dilating my 3 yo’s eyes. We’re sent back out to the waiting room to wait for 20 minutes for the dr. The receptionist comes up and asks me if my 5yo can wait in waiting room because they have a policy of no more than 3 people in th... read more

Our family had, and has had great experiences with Dr Morse and her team. The negative reviews are unwarranted in my honest opinion. Tbh, she is sometimes rushed, but she is working with non paying patients often, and I’ve seen some pretty insane people when visiting given their attempt to help the entire population. If they only saw non-Medicare patients I’m sure they’d have a different practice/ review list. BUT, Dr Morse is the only ped eye doctor in the state of New Hampshire providing this care Example: we got there nea... read more

Just like all the other reviews here I would strongly urge you NOT to take your children here. Dr.Morse is extremely rude and vague answering every question you ask. If they don’t have enough people to hold down your screaming 2yr old then they’ll make sure there’s more next time! What a joke. Had to cancel my sons appointment since he was sick. Got a letter in the mail stating I can no longer get him care here, which is honestly a blessing in disguise since I’ve now realized I’m not alone in my awful experience here. If the... read more
