I had scheduled a regular eye exam via VSP. After the assistant performed all routine steps to find my prescription, dr. Bruno comes into the office. Dr. Bruno asks if I have any issues. I told her I have dry eyes and I am doing a self care simple steps (my former eye doctor had recommended). I would not recommend Dr Christina Bruno, because of my disappointing experience. On 6/24/2025, I went in for my routine annual eye check-up with Dr Bruno and expected a straightforward Wellness Visit. Instead, Dr Bruno decided to submit a diagnostic code rather than the “ preventive wellness” code to my insurance. Because of that, my insurer denied coverage for what should have been a 100% covered routine eye exam.
