I love Dr Lima! I have PTSD from previous medical experiences and it kept me from seeing any Dr for over 20 years. When am ER found my blood sugar to be over 300 they told me to see a Dr. When Dr Lima first saw me I was in terrible shape, A1C over 13, very high blood pressure, serious gastric and bladder issues from previous treatment for advanced cervical cancer, morbidly obese, etc. His care literally saved my life and thru his guidance I was able to face and tackle each issue to the point of getting my life back. I've seen him twice and both times he's extremely rude and cut me off several times. He has no patience and He was annoyed or angry at me. No bedside manner and was putting me down the entire time making me feel worse. I left with less hope than I did going in. He didn't have the time to listen to my problems let alone believe a single word I said and kept deflecting. Honestly the whole 5 minute session felt like an argument. He literally told me to calm down when I was calm explaining my chronic pain. Then he said that's no... read more

Not a good PCP on too many level. He didn't listen, ignored my concerns and had me on meds that nearly killed me. Glad to have got out of this Inept PCP before it was too late

Dr. Lima has taken the time to get to the bottom of my health issues instead of throwing antibiotics at me every time I get sick. As a result I am getting sick more often and when I do I know how to proactively treat myself which results in less office visits and less medications.

Dr. Lima has been my primary doc since I moved to Pittsburgh. He has handled various diagnoses and has always been reachable. Appt lead times are reasonably short, days to a week max.

Prescribed me wrong dosage of medicine which caused really bad reactions. I found that he could never prescribe me that amount of medicine for the first time. It happened twice with different prescriptions! This is very negligent conduct.
