Great cardiologist
Dr Hourani and his staff's treatment was horrible. After several phone calls to the office staff I was left wondering why a cardiologist office could be so heartless. Then the office visit came and I discovered why. Hourani's treatment was awful. He was unprofessional, rude, cruel, pompas and arrogant. He made it perfectly clear that he does not care one bit about his patients. If zero stars were possible, that is the rating I would have given this so called care giver. The lack of empathy and level of disrespect from the doctor and staff was astonishing. Staff are allowed to be rude and hang up on patients and then deflect blame to the patient. Quality care is not just about the doctors credentials. quality of care fully encompasses everyone that the patient interacts with. As a patient, I need to be able to trust my doctor is concerned about my well-being. That level of care is absent from this practice.
Mother received heart catheter procedure. Dr. Christian A Hourani came and spoke with my brother and I. He was dismissive when addressing our questions. When I called back to speak with him to have my questions answered he was defensive and rude, condescending, antagonistic and without accountability or the desire to want to help. Our Primary care Doctor recommended him. He has taken care of both the wife and I. He listens and took Very good care of us. His staff are also attentive to what's going on with your health and questions.
