Very efficient services provided by Dr. Symonds and staff. Runs like a well oiled machine. Staff are friendly, as is the Doctor, and very informative about procedures and their risk curve. Would recommend to anyone.
Was sent over due to an issue. Extremely nice staff and the Doctor was very patient and explained everything. Felt much more at ease after my visit.
Dr. Symonds is amazing. His clinic is ship-shape. They put through 120 people a day. Barring non-patients from the office keeps germs and virus chances down. I had an eye infection from a virus that caused me to go blind in 1 eye for 6 weeks. Others with serious eye surgeries need to come to his office and feel safe. When you loose your sight you understand the reasons that things must be kept very sterile and each station must be cleaned carefully each use. I'm positive Doctor Symonds is a great specialist. But... I drove my husband from Sussex to his Rothesay office, and I asked the receptionist if I could use the washroom. She said, and I quote, "patients only, you cannot use the washroom " . I don't think that's right. Only my opinion.
