Chris Smithers operated on my arm last August. I was diagnosed with Ulna Abutment and had an ulna shortening osteotomy performed at the Mater. Successful surgery after years of wrist pain. He was very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Smithers was instrumental in fixing my mal union fracture in the right radius - at my wrist, just below the thumb! He was very thorough and so, so gentle when he touched my wrist. A dedicated and caring surgeon.
