Worst Dr in a three town wide area. Pathetic office staff. These folks are useless unless you simply do not care about your health and being treated like a human being
Best Doctor Springtown has had in years. Very knowledgeable. I send all my family and friends here and they love Dr Opella!
I would not recommend Dr Opella or Springtown Family health to anyone. I went in in late October 2016 for some basic care and paid my bill there. Today I get another bill in the mail from them after I had already paid my bill charging me for services I did not ask for and receive. This was after they refused to schedule me an appointment when I had staff infection and thanks to their refusal I ended up in the hospital.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Doctor Opella spends time answering my questions. He never rushes my appointment no matter how busy he is that day. He is always on time for my appointment. He is very knowledgeable and honestly one of the best providers I've ever seen.
