Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
