Best Dentist by far. He is very gentle and makes you feel at ease. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but I don't mind having appointments with Dr. Ripley. Also, his staff is fantastic!
Awesome dentist. The staff at RipleynDental is awesome. My family has been going there for years and we wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.
After only 7 years our family has has to replace 4 crowns done by him. One required oral surgery because of poor placement. One family member was told they needed work on another tooth which had been done previously. After getting a second opinion when we were concerned there was nothing found. Over billing when they had already been paid by insurance. Questionable billing practices. Very poor care when after such a short time we had to spend another $5000.00 to fix his poor work.
Business response:
This anonymous "review" is a complete fabrication. If anything even close to a situation like this occurred in our office I'd be well aware of it. To make accusations like this people should be required to provide their name. Any dental professional reading this would know immediately it's not true because there's never any circumstance where "surgery" would be required to replace a "poorly placed" crown. It's unfortunate that hard working, honest people have to deal with things like this.
