Dr. To is an outstanding dentist. He provides accurate medical advice, and he and his staff give professional and friendly care. I highly recommend Total Dental Sugar Land.
Gave him the benefit of the doubt for several years. Although his hygienist is good, his ability of handling complex issues is mediocre. He simply cannot fit a crown properly. Now I am stuck with two new crowns which I have to replace at my cost. Nice guy, but I am really looking for a dentist. Moving on.
