I wish I could write a review for Dr. Hughes but, sadly, I never saw his face. That's because his inadequate office staff decided to tell me I had to pay for services in full since I refused to provide my full social security number, only providing the last four numbers. Never mind that she had my insurance card in her hand. Never mind that I completed paperwork online and she could have easily pulled my benefits prior to my appointment. RecommendedI recommend Dr Hughes if you need teeth removed. I was not sure what to expect with an extraction. I was pleasantly surprised that from the sedation thru the whole process it was not bad. And he personally called 2 days later to check on status. I think his years of experience as a trauma dental surgeon are a definite advantage for patients. 👍
Dr. Hughes made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. His staff is wonderful, the office atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. He spent a lengthy amount of time explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards. He was patient and answered all my questions. He called later that night to check on me. I would recommend him to anyone.
They are super expensive and won’t give estimates for procedures until you pay an $89 consultation fee. Cutting out a tooth should have a set price and not depend on who you are or whatever they feel like charging. They wanted over $1200 to cut out 3 teeth. Check other dental prices and go somewhere else. Dr. Hughes also uses bad language while explaining routine dentsl procedures which is very unprofessional.
The experience was seemless.
Dr.Chris Hughs is a wonderful dentist I'm kind weary about the dentist but he made me feel very comfortable.
