I wish I could write a review for Dr. Hughes but, sadly, I never saw his face. That's because his inadequate office staff decided to tell me I had to pay for services in full since I refused to provide my full social security number, only providing the last four numbers. Never mind that she had my insurance card in her hand. Never mind that I completed paperwork online and she could have easily pulled my benefits prior to my appointment.
