Dr. Xie was my PCP for years & have recommended him to others. I was totally shocked when Dr Xie called me for a telephone appointment on a Tuesday about a year or so ago & to told me he has closed his practice effective immediately. No letter. No phone call. No transfer of care. No refills for my prescriptions. I begged him to refer me to someone but he refused to do so & would not tell me why his practice was so abruptly closed. The receptionist along is very RUDE continuously hanging up the phone & you can never get in contact with the doctor . DO BETTER.

Dr Xie used to see patients at a previous facility that I worked in, he was always kind and appreciative. And very easy to talk to. He's best doctor in Jacksonville.
