If i could put zero stars i would! Very unprofessional, very rude and very distasteful do not recommend this office AT ALL. The staff absolutely suck. They don’t be answering the phones, then put you on hold till it hang up! When i asked why they moving so unprofessional like im sick and tryna See if i can be seen! Voice gone and all i was met with was a nasty attitude! Lucky ian go up there.
WAIT TIME WITH APPOINTMENT IS WAY TOO LONG. UNORGANIZED. APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1PM ON A MONDAY AND DIDN’T GET CALLED TILL 2:30PM
Horrible office, doesnt provide solution or help for those who were prescribed with something they weren't suppose to be prescribed, highly suggest to report any incident that happens in this office.
Office is horribly dirty. Mice food is on the floor, mouse traps, wait time is HORRIBLE. You will speak with other patients more than the doctor. Doctor didn’t even sound like she knew what she was talking about. Just very unorganized and dirty for a medical office. Will NEVER go back and NEVER RECOMMEND
Worst doctor I have ever visited, wait time is ridiculously long and doesn’t follow scheduled appointment time. Office is always packed with no space I wouldnt recommend.
