Professional and kind, made me feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable appointment. More notably the treatment worked. I can't thank Dr Ward and her staff enough!
Dr Ward needs to work on her bedside manner. Had a very upsetting experience trying to have my hair loss diagnosed by her. She barely acknowledged my existence in the exam room and then ordered blood work that she never followed up on. HAD she looked at the blood work, she would have seen my DHEA & testosterone levels were high and that could have been causing my hair loss. I have being working with Dr Ward, nurse Audrey and now nurse Lynn for over a year now for my hair loss. I lost approximately 60% of my hair and now I have it back. Soft and curly and grey/white no more coloring but i love my hair. I can't say enough...good things. They are pleasant efficient, kind, professional and a welcome surprise .
