I’m a funeral director, and although I haven’t personally met Dr. Kanzawwamy, I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. They showed genuine concern for the family of the deceased and were sincerely saddened by his passing.
Front desk staff seemed nice but wait time is long. Dr seemed nice but she runs through what she wants you to do fast and then leaves, and there is no paper to give you to remember everything or to follow. I was prescribed a new inhaler and told not to use what I've been using but insurance doesn't cover new medication, so I've been calling for weeks for her to either prescribe the generic or something else. Dr k is very nice and she took me through all the test to find thee issue.
My Mom had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Chitradevi Kandaswamy. During her appointment she found the doctor to be dismissive and rude. Mu moms concerns were not adequately addressed, and she felt rushed through the consultation without receiving proper attention. The doctor was also rude and gave her additional stress. I expect a higher standard of care and respectful communication from medical professionals. This visit has left my mom disappointed and dissatisfied. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE if you’re seeing DR. Chiteadevi kandaseamy if I would have listen to her I probably would’ve been dead in the next 5 years her stupid diagnosis of being “overweight” and putting me on countless medication I didn’t need to be on doesn’t equate to a diagnosis of SEVERE LUNG DISEASE.I spent so much time and money at this office all while barely surviving on disability to get the bare minimum , even spoke with the MANAGER and had a meeting because I felt like the care I was receiving wasn’t good enough he cou... read more
