The staff was wonderful. My experience with Dr. Trivedi , himself, was that he was rude, short on bedside manner, and a poor listener. When I told him what my symptoms were and that my daughter had the exact same ones and it was diagnosed as gall bladder issues he scoffed and sent me to a heart specialist. The heart was fine- the issued turned out to be gall bladder problems and I had it removed. I can't recommend him to anyone based on my experience. However, all the staff were both helpful and courteous.
The staff at the endoscopy center were all very friendly and put me at ease. Everyone was professional. Make it a procedure that I was initially concerned about to a stress free event.
I have seen Dr Trivedi before and my wife sees him every 6 months. He is very concerned about my health and explains everything in layman terms. His staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Appointment times are watched pretty closely. Never have to wait long after appointment time. Am very happy with all aspects of the office visits.
I was very impressed by the facility and all the personnel from beginning to end. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, and I received excellent care.
My experience was very good. The staff kept me informed every step of the way. They were cheerful and caring. I have had the same procedure 3 years ago with the same clinic and doctor. I would definitely go back again in 3 years.
Everyone from the front desk, Dr. Trivedi, and nurses who helped could not have been more helpful to me and put me at ease. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and thanks to all staff involved.
The nurses could not have been nicer. Answered every question I had and were so polite. Even when I asked the same question twice. The service was on time and everything went exactly as explained.
